Why Say No To Unpaid Trial Shifts?

"Unpaid trial shifts disproportionately affect young people in our city and beyond. The fact is, there are more young people wanting jobs than there are jobs available—this has led to a race to the bottom in treatment, standards and pay. I believe all workers – regardless of age – should be afforded the fair treatment they deserve. Ending unpaid trial shifts is an important step towards this goal."
